We try our best to ship each order in its entirety, but occasionally we may find it necessary to backorder an item so you may receive your order as quickly as possible. When a backorder occurs, the backordered item will be shipped to you as soon as it is received by us.

If we do not have your desired item, we can special order most items for you! Please note that special orders cannot be returned. All special order items must be paid for in full at time of order.
Any items missing or damaged? We pack your orders with the utmost care, but anything is possible. Please notify us within 10 days if you notice any damaged or missing items. Unfortunately we cannot consider any claims made after the 10 day grace period. If your box appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse it and ask the carrier to return it to Salon BackBar.
