30 day Return policy

Our goal is for you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. However, due to health and hygiene considerations, beauty and personal care products must be returned in new, unused, and unopened condition.

There are specific categories of items that can be returned even if lightly used, as long as they are in like-new condition with all original accessories and packaging included. Here are the items listed:

What are the steps to start a return request?             

Please ensure that you have thoroughly read our Return Policy and Return Guidelines to confirm if your item is eligible for return. If it meets the criteria, kindly reach out to our customer service, ae@salonbackbar.com, to request a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) for your product and receive further instructions.

 

Return Guidelines

  • Make sure to receive an RMA number from us and place visibly on the package.
  • Items should be in new, unopened, and unused condition, except for hair dryers, flat irons, and curlers.
  • Include all original items, accessories, manuals, packaging, etc.
  • Return the items within 30 days of delivery, with a postmark as proof.
  • Properly package and protect the items to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Use a tracked shipping service for returns, and we can provide a pre-paid shipping label upon request.
  • Refunds will exclude original shipping fees.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless it was our mistake.
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed, typically within 10 business days.
  • Returns without a valid RMA or not following the guidelines may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%, at our discretion.

 

Having trouble with your item?

If you're facing technical issues and suspect a defect, please reach out to the manufacturer directly. They may provide coverage under their manufacturer's warranty. Each manufacturer has unique policies and procedures, typically outlined in the paperwork included with your purchase or on their website. Note: A product that has been received and deemed defective will not be obligated to pay for shipping and label costs. On the other hand, if the product is not defective then the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
