Shipping policy

Processing Time:
Orders generally take 3–5 business days to process. However, this timeframe may be extended during holidays, new product releases, or for orders containing preorders, backorders, or other unforeseen delays. As a small business, occasional additional delays may occur, though please rest assured that our team works diligently to minimize these disruptions.

Shipping Time:
Once your order is processed, it will be handed off to USPS, UPS, or FedEX the same day. Delivery generally takes 2–5 business days after shipping.

Expedited Shipping:
We prioritize expedited orders and work hard to process them as quickly as possible. While expedited orders are processed within 72 hours, this is faster than our standard processing time. Once processed, we use a faster shipping label to ensure quick delivery.

If we exceed the 48-hour processing window, we apologize for the delay and can offer a refund for the expedited shipping cost.

Pre-orders

Definition:
When purchasing a preorder item, you are buying a product that is currently out of stock or will soon be available. Full payment is collected at checkout, and your order will be fulfilled when the product is in stock.

Shipping for Preorders:

  • Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items will ship together when the preorder item is ready.
  • For faster delivery of in-stock items, we recommend placing separate orders.
  • Alternatively, you may request split fulfillment by contacting us during business hours at ae@salonbackbar.com or call (888)-305-9393.

Cancellations for Preorders:

  • Preorders can be canceled for store credit at any time before they are packed for fulfillment.
  • Once tracking progresses from "label created," cancellations are no longer possible, but you may request a return for a partial refund.
  • You may request cancellation by contacting us during business hours at ae@salonbackbar.com or call (888)-305-9393.

Important Note:
Please ignore any “In-stock Ready to Ship” messaging on preorder items. If labeled as a preorder, the product will not ship until it becomes available. A tracking number will be provided ahead of shipment for your convenience, but this does not signify that the order has shipped.
